GOOD TO KNOW

A few helpful answers.

Your workspace, your permissions, your decisions.

Do I need an Eye.Photo account?

Yes. The plugin is for existing studio owners and staff. Your plan, membership and staff permissions determine which features are available.

Can the plugin manage settings and publish art?

Owners can manage supported studio and workflow settings, team access, integrations, eligible email domains and storage retention through reviewed previews. They can publish owned art and report drafts and select email defaults. Billing stays on the website; external login and DNS changes need the relevant provider.

How do permissions and email approval work?

The plugin can access only the studios you authorize, subject to your current permissions. Iris-report emails need an exact preview and explicit approval. Email template edits affect future emails. You can disconnect in Eye.Photo’s integration settings.
